Beta Terms
Last updated: August 2026
Beta service
Invitely is in beta and currently offered free of charge. Features, limits, and availability may change. By using Invitely, you agree to these terms.
What Invitely does
Invitely helps you create digital invitations, collect RSVPs, and manage guest information for your events. We provide the platform; you decide what to publish and who to invite.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to collect and upload guest information you enter into Invitely — including names, contact details, optional dietary notes, and any custom RSVP answers. You are responsible for informing your guests as required by applicable law and for the content you publish on your invitations.
Where you use Invitely for client events or business purposes, you are the controller of guest personal data and Hilal Gerçek acts as your processor for that guest data, to the extent described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
During beta, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, bugs, or changes may affect access to your account or published invitations. We will try to give reasonable notice for planned downtime when we can.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Invitely for unlawful, abusive, or spam activity.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Do not upload malware, misleading content, or information you are not permitted to share.
- Do not overload or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
When beta ends
When the beta period ends, we may introduce paid plans, change feature limits, or retire the service. We will communicate material changes in advance where practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Data and deletion
During beta, your account and event data remains available while your beta account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@invitely.com.
If your beta account is closed or the beta ends, we aim to delete production account and event data within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how guest data is handled.
Liability
Invitely is provided “as is” during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the beta is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero while the beta is free.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
Privacy and service providers
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data for account holders and guests. Third-party providers are listed on our Service providers & subprocessors page.
