Turn a sales conversation into an activated tenant account.
B2B is sales-led in this phase. We agree the commercial plan first, then activate access with an onboarding code so your team can land in the tenant workspace immediately.
Discovery call
We confirm active client volume, seat count, onboarding owner, and whether managed customers should stay Standard or include Premium upgrades.
Commercial approval
Sales locks the monthly plan, add-ons and billing owner. This is still handled manually, not through self-serve checkout.
Account activation
A super admin generates a one-time onboarding code for the agreed tier. First code login creates or upgrades the account automatically.
Selected plan
Choose your tenant package
Pick Starter, Pro or Agency from pricing and we will carry that plan context into the sales conversation.
How account opening works
- 1Sales approves the package and internal owner for the account.
- 2A super admin uses the existing invitation-code flow to generate a temporary onboarding code for the tenant email.
- 3The tenant signs in from the access-code login page. That first sign-in creates the account if it does not exist yet, or upgrades it to the agreed tier if it already exists.
- 4Inside the tenant workspace, the user is prompted to set a permanent password for future sign-ins.
Current scope
The commercial model is live around active managed client slots. Prospect records do not consume capacity, Managed Standard covers the default delivery workflow, and Managed Premium is used for multi-event or higher-touch accounts.
Seats are for your internal operators, planners or coordinators. They are not client seats in this phase.
Active client workspaces mean the number of live managed deliveries you are billing and supporting at the same time. Prospect records do not consume these slots.
Access starts with a temporary onboarding code. After first entry, the tenant workspace prompts the user to set a permanent password.
